What’s in Your Closet?

But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts. Romans 13:14

I love this verse, it’s as if you are entering your closet to dress for the new day. What clothing or attire is hanging in your closet for you to put on?

Galatians 3:27 also tells you what to wear; For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Likewise; Romans 13:12 says: The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light.

These verses tell us; we are to remove the rags of the world from our closet. The clothes of revelry, drunkenness, lewdness, lust, strife and envy. For those clothed in Christ, let the world see your new attire.

Be Blessed,

Alan
