What can I give back to GOD for the blessings he's poured out on me?

Psalm 116:4 What shall I render to the LORD for all His benefits toward me? NKJ

Or as it reads in the Message bible “What can I give back to GOD for the blessings he's poured out on me?”

As I look back upon 2024 and the faithfulness of my God upon our church, the testimony of answered prayer, and the transformed lives He has personally allowed us to be His hands and feet I am truly amazed. As I look at my own personal family growing in the Lord my heart is overjoyed. Even through the difficulties and disappointments of 2024 God has remained faithful. He has forgiven me of my sins, He has granted me eternal life in Jesus and my future is secure in Him. So if in this life I lose it all - if its Gods will to take me or spare me, or to suffer the loss of all that is near and dear to my heart; I still win, I still have my God, I still have my joy, and my peace which all comes from Him.

So the question the psalmist asks himself and us as well is “What can I give back to God for the blessings he’s poured out on me? The true answer to that question is “ALL OF ME “BODY - SOUL - MIND, SPIRIT, AND STRENGTH. My life, My love of life, and all that I do as I move and breath and exist on this side of eternity. And I can truly testify it is the most amazing, exciting, never a dull moment life you could ever live. And I get to do it with my wife, my grown children, and my grandchildren. And touch the lives of people along the way, there is nothing like - God willing, one day at a time, I will continue in 2025.
